Kitchen essentials

If you don’t already have these, then hop to it! (if you want hassle free meal prep that is).

1x Kitchen whizzer

You can buy these at Big W for as little as $40! Once you start using this you will find that you use it ALL the time.

A good set of kitchen knives (or at least 2)

This can make the world of difference when you’re preparing meals

2X bamboo chopping boards

Bamboo chopping boards (good quality ones) are nice to cut on and can be put through the dish washer to ensure you’re keeping super hygienic too!

1x quality stainless steel four sided grater

A grater is a must have! You’ll find yourself grating ginger, carrots, sweet potato, and all sorts on a regular basis once you begin to eat more ‘whole foods’.

A good quality cast-iron pan

This is a stand out… If you use non-stick pans - particularly cheap ones, chances are that you’re probably exposing your body to an extra load of toxins that it really doesn’t need. Investing money in good quality cookware isn’t just for the ease of cooking, but for overall health and minimisation of hormone disrupters and toxic burdens to the body!

3x quality stainless steel saucepans

Much as above, it is well worth investing in good quality cook-wear! Stainless steel is fantastic!

1x Good cook!
